Please use the standard color set. * If the screen image color on the browser does not match with the Desktop On-Call server side, please select "Optimize to LAN" in "Server" page of "Properties" window. It may improve the color but the color may not match perfectly because the 256 color palette is optimized for the browser. * When controlling OS/2 with 256 or less color screen, selecting "solid paint" as the color of desktop background and title bar makes the performance and quality of drawing better. * To do the mouse operation with ALT key down, you must use the emulated ALT key. * When controlling Windows 95, unlock window of the screen saver may flick on the browser side if the motion the screen saver is very active. Even so, you can still input the password. * When controlling OS/2, the lock icon shown by the screen saver is not displayed on the browser side and only the entire black screen is displayed but it's working correctly. * When controlling OS/2, if the heavy application like showing animation GIFs is running on the Desktop On-Call server side, the input from the browser may not be transferred to the server side. * When controlling OS/2 with the desktop background pasted bitmap image like OS2WARP.BMP, if "256 color while idling" option is on, the drawing performance may be extremely slow. This is because Netscape Navigator doesn't have "Just in Time" compiler. Using Netscape Navigator 4.0 is recommended. * If you use Netscape Navigator for OS/2 as the browser, please use the combination of OS/2 Warp 4.0 + Netscape Navigator 2.02 + Java 1.1.4 for OS/2. * You might encounter the keyboard locked condition after moving slider bar of browser if you control from OS/2 Netscaoe Navigator. Press "ReLoad button" twice in order to escape from the keyboard locked condition. About 256 color at idling time ---------------------------------- * If you find out the 256 color at idling time is not working properly, please check if an clock or a pulse in Warp center is working.
