                     polyxmass THANKS file

polyXmass has originally been written by Filippo Rusconi.

polyXmass is Copyrighted 2000, 2001, 2002 to Filippo Rusconi.

The project started in march 2000, as a first "MassDat" program (for
protein polymers only). The development went on, and the program was
renamed "polyXmass" after the concept of polymer abstraction had been
implemented.

The Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique is thanked for giving
the author the authorization to publish the polyXmass project under
the GNU General Public License with retention of the Copyright to the
author (Filippo Rusconi). Dr Philippe Garrigues, director of the LPTC
laboratory where this work started is thanked for allowing and
encouraging the author to work on this program.

Many people further contributed to polyxmass by reporting problems,
suggesting various improvements or submitting actual code.

Here is a list of these people.

Help me keep it complete and exempt of errors.

Maria Cecilia Angulo - discussion of the polymer abstraction idea;

Herve' Nardi - discussion of the "more-than-one-letter-code" idea;

Kurt de Vos - compiling and building under the Mac OS X platform
(using the Fink distribution). Several indications to which I
responded by improving the code.

Joerg Hoau - suggestions to improve the usability of the program

Daniel Veillard - for kindly answering my questions on libxml2.
