TSR2 yasim readme.

This is not an authentic representation of a TSR2 but it's based
on the right numbers, where I could find them. I'm not a flyer
or a yasim expert so the bits that I wasn't sure about were just
hacked out of other aircraft (a4 or 747) and left at their
original values.

The model was originally constructed in Realsoft3D (linux beta
V4.5) and then exported as .3ds.

The tsr2-yasim-set.xml includes references to the a4-sound.xml,
c310-vfr-panel.xml and c310-mini-panel.xml files. Some of the
features of the panels are not used, or used incorrectly.

The aircraft will take off on auto-pilot if an altitude is set.
I suggest setting an alt of +2000 ft and put the flaps in the
first or second position. If the runway's long and level
afterburners aren't needed, otherwise set them via view/controls.

The autopilot is quite aggressive and can cause elevator
'hunting' at low speeds. I've also experienced some instability
at very high (>1100 asi) speeds.
