A ThreadFactory produces Thread objects. This factory returns not only new Threads, but also the responsbiliy for destroying those Threads.

virtual Thread* create (    )  [pure virtual]

Create a new Thread. The ownership of the Thread is passed to the code that calls this function. Exceptions: Synchronization_Exception  thrown if a new Thread cannot be created. Implemented in DefaultThreadFactory.
