Hi.

This bullet item is about whether this document should
explicitly obsolete RFCs 1846 and 7504, as reflected in drafts
up to this point.   There have been no comments in response.  

The changes due to those documents are discussed in Section 1.2.

Unless there are comments (and, presumably at least the
beginning of a decision) to the contrary between and shortly
after IETF 115, I will treat the question as settled and remove
the comments in rfc5321bis-16.
